Cold War Bomb Shelters
A bomb shelter also known as a fallout shelter in an enclosed area to keep occupants protected from radioactive derbis or fallout from a nuclear explosion. Fallout shelters were built underground for government officials and military facilities. These shelters usually had a trefoil sign like the picture to the right. A nuclear attack might make these fallout shelters buried under tons of dirt and other stuff, making it IMPOSSIBLE to escape.
